HIRING: Virtual Assistant – Veteran Services (Work From Home)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist U.S. veterans in scheduling and accessing their Veteran Benefits Zoom Meetings. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, sending Zoom links via text/email, and guiding veterans through the login process so they can successfully meet with an agent.

This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with great English communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a customer-first attitude. No prior experience is required—we will train you on our step-by-step process!

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to veterans who have requested benefits assistance.
-Send Zoom meeting links via text and email and ensure veterans receive them.
- Guide veterans step-by-step through joining a Zoom meeting on their browser (no app download needed).
- Assist with basic troubleshooting (e.g., enabling camera/microphone, joining breakout rooms).
-- Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly tone while assisting older veterans.
- Log call details and follow company processes for scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (strong speaking and writing skills).
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable navigating Zoom, sending texts/emails, and guiding users.
- Patience & empathy – Many veterans may not be familiar with technology, so a calm, clear communication style is key.
- Strong attention to detail – Ensuring each veteran successfully joins their meeting.
- Experience in customer service, tech support, or virtual assistance is a plus!

No prior experience is required—we provide full training!

Work Details:
- Remote – Work From Home (Must have a stable internet connection).
- Part-Time Available (30 hrs/week or 20 hrs/week).
- Shifts available in U.S. time zones (Night shift PH time).
- Paid Training Provided – Learn everything step by step!
