Ramex Excavating is a leading civil excavation subcontractor specializing in earthwork, site development, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Civil Construction Project Manager to support our growing team.

Job Overview
This role involves assisting the Project Manager with administrative tasks, data entry, delivery tracking, and advertisement management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including managing online listings, responding to inquiries, and keeping track of all ad-related interactions.

Responsibilities
?? Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks, including data input, document organization, and scheduling.
?? Track material deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate delivery records.
?? Create and manage for-sale postings and listings for dirt and other materials.
?? Develop and post advertisements for dirt delivery and other services.
?? Respond to inquiries on ads, engage with potential buyers, and maintain professional communication.
?? Keep a detailed tracking list of all ads, inquiries, responses, and transactions.
?? Support daily project coordination, including updating logs, reports, and tracking job progress.
?? Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure easy access and reference.

Requirements
???? Strong organizational and administrative skills.
???? Experience with data entry, tracking, and office management.
???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
???? Familiarity with online ad platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc.
???? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
???? Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
???? Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in the construction or excavation industry.
? Knowledge of project management software or CRM tools.
? Experience in sales or customer service.
