About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time in the next few months based on performance. Your main responsibility will be to manage, optimize, and scale our advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities
• Paid Ad Management – Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Strategy Development – Assist in planning and testing new ad strategies to improve conversions and efficiency.
• Creative Collaboration – Work with designers to create high-performing ad creatives. Bonus if you can create ads yourself using Canva or Photoshop.
• Project Management – We use ClickUp to manage tasks and workflows. Experience with ClickUp is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Fast Learner – You can pick up new strategies, platforms, and tools quickly.
• Proactive – You ask the right questions, problem-solve, and suggest improvements.
• Experience in Digital Marketing – Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Bonus: Design skills in Canva and Photoshop.
