As a fully remote team, we have scaled businesses in Canada, delivering exceptional results for our clients through innovative digital strategies.

We are looking for a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team as a contractor or on a fractional basis, with the possibility to transition into a full-time role in the future. This role will involve optimizing the performance of our site along with that of our clients’ websites.

Position Overview

The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist will focus on analyzing, testing, and optimizing websites to improve user engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. This role requires a strong blend of UX design principles and persuasive copywriting tailored to the B2B audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B CRO, leveraging data to craft strategies that enhance website performance and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Conversion Strategy & Execution

Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute CRO strategies tailored to B2B websites, focusing on lead generation and sales funnel optimization.
Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience experiments to validate hypotheses and improve conversions.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement CRO recommendations seamlessly.
User Experience & Journey Optimization

Map out and optimize the customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation from landing pages to conversion points.
Design and refine website layouts, forms, and CTAs to align with buyer personas.
Enhance website usability and accessibility to create a seamless user experience across devices.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website performance and gather user insights.
Create detailed reports on CRO test results, showcasing measurable improvements and ROI.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to stakeholders and clients.
Copywriting & Messaging

Craft compelling copy that speaks directly to B2B audiences, addressing their pain points and motivating action.
Optimize website messaging to align with brand voice and target audience expectations.
Ensure clarity and consistency in all on-site copy, from headlines to form instructions.
Requirements

Proven 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably with a focus on B2B websites and.
Strong understanding of UX design principles and persuasive copywriting techniques.
Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush).
Experience conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
Experience with heatmap tools such as Hotjar/ Mouseflow
Knowledge of B2B buyer personas and sales funnels.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
A self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS, Click Funnels, or professional services industries.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
