Website Integrator/Graphic Designer

Description:

The Indie Music Academy Agency is an online platform that provides training and done-for-you promotional services for musicians. We believe that every musician deserves a chance at building the career of their dreams, and navigating the music industry shouldn’t feel impossible.

You will work closely with the founder/CEO to complete tasks in day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s online presence.

Applicants should have a background in graphic design and website editing, social media (in particular YouTube), organizational platforms like Notion and Asana, and customer support. Applicants should also be familiar with online business and the Indie Music Academy mission.

Job Responsibilities:

Blog Management
- Coordinate with blog writers for new posts
- Get new posts into Kajabi - formatting, SEO description, insert links, CTA, etc
- SEO review with Google Search Console reports

Kajabi Website Editing & Design
- Assist with website updates
- Create new web pages
- Manage product details
- Schedule emails
- Forms & automations
- Build out case studies for agency clients & post to website

Livestream Planning & Moderation
- Coordinate calendar
- Manage in Asana
- Set up livestream in StreamYard
- Create thumbnail
- Write description
- Moderate livestream

Community Support
- Answer questions in the membership community & in courses
- Notify CEO to answer when needed
- Organize & set up community meet-ups
- Moderate community meet-ups

The Indie Music Academy exists to provide clarity to independent artists on how to build a successful music career. Through our content, we help viewers and readers to uncover the mysteries of the music industry, learn how to grow a larger fanbase, and grow an income through their music.

Requirements:

Remote Part-Time Position (work from anywhere in the world).
Must have laptop, cell phone, wi-fi, Zoom, and remote workspace.
Fast accurate work with timely turnaround on communication.

Skills:

Graphic design skills with Canva, Adobe Photoshop (preferred), or Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Kajabi.
Familiar with Slack is a plus.
Familiar with StreamYard is a plus.
Familiar with the music/entertainment industry is a plus.
