We’re hiring Reddit Account Growth Specialists to grow high-karma Reddit accounts for our agency. You’ll be responsible for rapidly increasing karma while avoiding bans, using organic strategies that comply with Reddit's and subreddit rules, to create viral content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow new Reddit accounts to 2,000+ karma within 30 days.
- Use VPNs, proxies, and tools to manage multiple accounts safely.
- Track account health and engagement in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Avoid bans

Requirements
- Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience with Reddit, social media and memes
- Knowledge of Reddit ban triggers (e.g., karma velocity).
- VPNs (e.g., NordVPN), proxies (e.g., Oxylabs), and anti-detect browsers (e.g., AdsPower).
- Basic spreadsheet skills (organize data for 50+ accounts).

Preferred (But Optional):
- Proven experience growing accounts to 2k+ karma (share screenshots of aged accounts you’ve farmed).
- Experience with popular good farming subreddits (e.g., r/AskReddit)
