JOB OVERVIEW

• Data Aggregation:
Gather multiple sources of data and properly record them in their respective folders.
• Data Reporting
Support the preparation of data reports and metric files, using Microsoft Excel and other proper tools/websites.
• Back Office Support:
Assist the executive team in completing administrative tasks as required.
• Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- $140/week-$150/week

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a back office support/office manager role.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clerical accounting role.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Excel.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience with American companies.

Skills:
o Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
o Proficiency in general accounting software, including transaction processing, reporting, and data management.
o Experience with Excel. (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, .csv format)
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
