Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EZLynx software, proficiency in Gmail, and a strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance lines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our agents and customers to ensure accurate data collection, manage customer re-quotes, and deliver top-notch customer service. You will serve as a cornerstone of our agency, ensuring that all aspects of customer service and quoting run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Re-Quoting: Utilize EZLynx to generate accurate, timely quotes and re-quotes for both personal and commercial lines.
Data Collection & Management: Gather and organize client information, documentation, and policy details to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support via phone,

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on productivity, client feedback, and support metrics.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes related to quoting, data collection, and customer communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with tea
Qualifications & Skills
Insurance Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an insurance agency or related industry, specifically with personal and/or commercial lines.
EZLynx Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating quotes and handling re-quotes using EZLynx software.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Gmail (or other
Customer Service: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain well-organized records.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
