Expert Chat Salesperson

Arcon Research Group is looking for an excellent chat salesperson with extensive experience in chat-based, B2C sales. This role does not involve calls, meetings, or anything of the sort; it involves simply chatting with users in our funnel to encourage them to check and complete their orders.

Ideal candidates have experience in this area, absolutely perfect English that is indistinguishable from that of a Native Speaker, and genuinely enjoy the sales process.

Our niche is academic writing/tutoring, so any experience here is helpful and valuable. If you're unfamiliar with the niche, we can certainly teach you.

We're looking for a candidate who is well-versed in objection handling, building rapport, and strategically offering discounts when needed.

For now, we're looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week to start and possibly more as time goes on. We'll offer a flat hourly rate + potential for commissions later down the road.
