Responsibilities:
? Prepare and draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
? Assist attorneys in probate proceedings and trust administration
? Conduct legal research and summarize findings
? File legal documents with courts and governmental agencies
? Maintain client records and case files with confidentiality and accuracy
? Communicate with clients, courts, and third-party institutions
? Support attorneys in hearings, client meetings, and document execution

Qualifications:
?? Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience
?? Minimum 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related legal field
?? Strong knowledge of state and federal estate laws
?? Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
?? Proficiency in legal software (Clio, MyCase, or similar)
?? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
?? Professional demeanor with exceptional client service skills
