As a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, you will be pivotal in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem, designing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless system performance to support our growing business needs for many years. ### **What You’ll Do:**
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Automate business processes using workflows, process builders, and flows.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

### **What We’re Looking For:**

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator (Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
