Overview:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various CRM platforms, particularly Go High Level, and will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our social media presence, engaging with our VIP community, and supporting our client communications. If you are a quick learner with excellent organizational skills and a passion for social media, we would love to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit long-form videos into short-form videos suitable for social media platforms.
Content Creation: Create compelling post descriptions and hashtags to enhance engagement. Manually post content on various social media platforms.
Community Management: Manage our VIP Facebook group, including member approval, welcoming new members, and adding them to the VIP group chat.
Customer Support: Monitor and respond to support inquiries in a timely manner.

Email
Management: Send and schedule client emails and email newsletters.
Social Media Engagement: Engage on our social media accounts according to provided processes and training.

Qualifications:
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Go High Level and other CRM platforms.
Reliability: Demonstrates consistent punctuality and dependability.
Quick Learner: Able to quickly grasp new tools and processes.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with video editing software.
Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience in managing online communities.

Working Hours: 3 hours a day but must be between 9 am to 5 pm U.S. Central Time. This is a requirement and we’re not flexible with this condition.
