and Case Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and triage incoming emails (approximately 100–150 per day). The ideal candidate will:


Email
Management & Triage: Review all incoming emails, respond when possible, and delegate tasks outside their scope by entering them into the appropriate colleague’s electronic to-do list.
Task Follow-Up & Coordination: Monitor colleagues for task completion and provide gentle reminders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Client & Vendor Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and attorneys to assure them their matters are being handled.
Court Notice Management: Monitor court hearing notices received via email, complete basic prep work, notify clients via email, and call them the day before to remind them of upcoming hearings.
Collaboration with Legal Teams: Work closely with attorneys and paralegals on various cases to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications & Expectations:
Must be thorough, detail-oriented, highly organized, and diligent in task management.
Should be comfortable working with attorneys, paralegals, and U.S. colleagues—not afraid to follow up when tasks are pending.
Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring all emails are processed daily to prevent backlog and missed court deadlines (which may come with only 1–2 days’ notice).
Must be prepared to handle a high volume of information, with an onboarding period of 1–2 months before working independently.
While this role does not require an outgoing personality, confidence and real-world experience in email management are essential.
Excellent writing skills and prior professional experience with a U.S. company are required.
