Our company specializes in business registration in Dubai, investor and employee visas, and Golden Visa applications. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lead & Customer Support Specialist to manage, qualify, and process inquiries received through TikTok,
Key Responsibilities:
• TikTok Message Management: Respond to messages from followers of our TikTok account, identifying and addressing serious inquiries while filtering out irrelevant ones.
• TikTok Comment Engagement: Provide genuine, meaningful responses to comments under TikTok videos with genuine and meaningful replies to maintain positive engagement.

• Lead Qualification and Processing:
1. Review and assess inquiries to identify serious, business-related leads.
2. Process qualified leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
3. Forward processed leads to the appropriate team for further consultation.
• Scheduling Zoom Calls: Invite serious leads to a Zoom call with our team for further consultation and ensure proper follow-ups.
• Customer Service: Represent the company professionally in all communications, ensuring potential clients receive timely and helpful responses.
Required Qualifications:
1. Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
2. Fluent in English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are mandatory.
3. Social Media Skills: Comfortable managing messages and comments on TikTok.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and process a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
5. Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and process new information.
6. CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM) or a willingness to learn quickly.
7. Scheduling & Coordination: Experience in booking and managing Zoom calls is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of legal or corporate business practices is a strong advantage.
Trial Period:
• A trial period of 1-2 weeks will apply to assess performance, adaptability, and ability to handle responsibilities effectively.
• Successful candidates will be offered a long-term role based on performance during the trial period.
