As a Real Estate Research Expert, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our real estate investment and surplus recovery initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing property data, and identifying high-value leads in the following areas:

Surplus/Overage Research:
Research and identify surplus funds, overages, and unclaimed monies related to real estate transactions.
Collaborate with the team to recover funds for clients and maximize returns.
Title Research & Full Title Checks:
Conduct comprehensive title searches to verify property ownership, liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of title reports to support investment decisions.
Skip Tracing:
Utilize advanced skip-tracing techniques to locate property owners, heirs, and other relevant parties.
Leverage public records, databases, and proprietary tools to track down hard-to-find individuals.
Foreclosure Leads:
Identify and analyze pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, and REO properties.
Evaluate market trends and property conditions to prioritize high-potential leads.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Compile and present detailed reports on research findings, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records and databases to support ongoing projects.
