Position: Reports Analyst
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Data Extraction & Accuracy: Collect and extract data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business operations.
Reporting: Develop and create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced reporting tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide on-demand reports to support specific business inquiries.
Quality Checks: Perform regular quality checks on data, validating and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Storytelling: Use data to create compelling visual stories that support business decisions.
Presentation Creation: Utilize basic Canva skills to create engaging presentations.
Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows and solutions using AppSheet and other automation tools.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
English Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst or in a similar role.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Zoho Analytics, MySQL, and AppSheet is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality in reports.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving data-related issues.
Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Cultural Exposure: Experience working with international clients and in mixed workplace cultures is a plus.

Second Monitor: Required for multitasking and efficient workflow.
Internet Connection: Fast internet connection with a backup internet option. Access to public internet as an additional backup is preferred.
