Role Overview:
The Amazon Listings, Sourcing & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for ensuring our product listings are fully optimised for visibility and conversions while maintaining compliance with Amazon’s policies. This role also includes inventory management, supplier coordination, and liaising with the warehouse team to streamline stock movements. Additionally, the role involves sourcing new products, analysing price sheets, and building relationships with potential suppliers. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, independent, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listings & Optimisation:
• Create, optimise, and maintain Amazon product listings following SEO best practices and Amazon’s guidelines.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium10 to ensure listings are competitive.
• Design high-quality product imagery using Canva to enhance listings.
• Ensure all product descriptions, bullet points, and A+ Content are engaging, accurate, and conversion-optimised.
• Monitor and update listings based on performance data and customer feedback.
Stock & Inventory Management:
• Purchase stock from suppliers and ensure accurate entry into the stock management system.
• Create and manage draft shipments for the warehouse team, ensuring smooth preparation and dispatch to Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to prevent stockouts.
Product Sourcing & Supplier Relations:
• Identify and source new products that align with the company’s goals and Amazon marketplace trends.
• Analyse price sheets and assess product profitability before making purchasing decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Research potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to improve supply chain efficiency.
Operational Coordination:
• Liaise with management regularly to provide updates on task progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while adhering to provided instructions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central – Ability to create, optimise, and manage listings effectively.
• SEO & Keyword Research Knowledge – Proficiency in Helium10 or similar tools to identify and implement effective keywords.
• Design Skills – Experience using Canva or similar tools to create listing images.
• Inventory & Order Management – Experience in handling stock purchases and updating stock management systems.
• Product Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation – Ability to identify profitable products, analyse price sheets, and establish supplier relationships.
• Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret listing performance data and make strategic adjustments.
• Self-Motivated & Independent Worker – Capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High Attention to Detail – Ensuring listings, stock entries, and shipments are accurate.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to liaise effectively with management, suppliers, and the warehouse team.

Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience working with an Amazon FBA business.
• Familiarity with stock management software.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and product sourcing.
