Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the founder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and creative tasks to support our operations and digital marketing efforts. This remote position offers a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- PPC: keyword research, ad copywriting, keyword analysis, campaign analysis
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for our blog, ensuring all pieces align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Advance Research: Conduct extensive high-level marketing research on industry trends, potential client leads, and competitive insights to support business strategies.
- Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics for social media posts and marketing materials using Canva.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage email correspondence using Gmail, ensuring timely responses and organized communication.
- Social Media Assistance: Help maintain and update our social media profiles, engaging with our audience and scheduling posts (on X in particular)
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing data entry, creating PowerPoint, managing third-party communication.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual/Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and Canva for graphic design.
- Marketing background is a huge plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Experience with blog writing and performing research using a variety of sources.
- Proficient in using Gmail and other office management tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Google docs, sheets, powerpoint, excel, etc.
ClickUp
Slack
Google Ads/Facebook ads

*This role is highly project-based, with some projects being due a month later or a week later, depending on the urgency.
