Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Make.com (formerly Integromat) to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify areas for process optimization.
Integrate Make.com with various third-party platforms, APIs, and internal systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation scenarios to ensure smooth functionality.
Provide technical documentation and training for team members and clients to understand implemented workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates on Make.com to leverage them effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat), including building complex workflows and integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs and experience with REST, JSON, and webhook configurations.
Familiarity with other automation tools like Zapier, Workato, or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with relevant tools, such as project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), CRMs, or ERPs, is advantageous.
Basic coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a bonus.
