Job Responsibilities
• Attend weekly meeting with business owners
• Project management of their weekly actions/tasks - reviewing their actions, identifying bottlenecks, providing feedback, asking questions, and providing encouragement to progress tasks
• Updating CRM/system regarding discussions/meetings with clients
• Providing excellent customer service - providing follow ups to clients, liaising with clients, escalating issues when required.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience in Project Management, Customer Service and Administration .
• Highly competent in Google and Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly efficient
• High attention to detail
• Excellent typing speed
• Laptop/Desktop (with a second monitor)
• Reliable internet connection and electricity
• Backup internet connection
• Ability to work an 8hr shift Australian Eastern Standard Time
