JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to lead our outbound sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, and converting potential customers into long-term clients. You must have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales strategies.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
Nurture and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects to drive conversions.
Set up and conduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with decision-makers.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, scripts, and outreach campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to optimize sales strategies.
