JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Ads Editor to join our team and produce scroll-stopping content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Your work will directly impact our brand’s success by delivering high-converting ads tailored to our target audience.

Key Details:

Video Length: 15–60 seconds
Pay: $5/hour (with potential for increased pay based on ad performance and work ethic)
Benefits: Offered after proven success

What You’ll Do:

Edit high-converting ads: Create engaging, scroll-stopping video content with strong hooks, clear messaging, and an emotional connection.
Script & angle optimization: Work with customer avatars and winning angles/scripts provided, enhancing videos for maximum performance.
B-roll sourcing: Identify and splice relevant content from platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and competitor ads.
Voiceovers & tools: (Preferred) Use tools like ElevenLabs for realistic voiceovers and CapCut/Premiere Pro for seamless editing.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing video ads for social platforms.
Provide 2–5 examples of your work (Google Drive or similar).
Complete a 1-video test during the application process. (below)
Familiarity with hook-first ad strategies and the ability to analyze customer avatars.
Experience with AI tools or voice cloning is a huge bonus.
