We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. The primary responsibility will be answering phone calls, managing chat customer support and social media messages on our Shopify store. Additional tasks will include handling customer
**We are a small company, so we don't get too many phone calls in a day.
Job Position Dates and Times:
Monday - Friday
2:30 PM - 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
(This means 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM Philippines Times)
We pay at the end of every week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Shopify chat support
- Assist customers with order inquiries and look up order details within Shopify
- Handle customer
- Complete Excel data entry tasks and assist with general data organization as needed
