Logistics Coordinator

We are a multinational skin and hair care business headquartered in Sydney, Australia. We ship to over 10 countries and aim to grow this number.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Prepare Export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, a shipper's letter of instruction (SLI), a certificate of origin (COO), and other department certificates, to move goods efficiently by following the correct processes and procedures.?
• Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Ensure seamless coordination of all sea freight export activities and compliance with regulations.?
• Manage multiple customer orders from booking freight, and tracking the order to its final destination
• Coordinate and liaise with airline, shipping lines and co-loaders to ensure smooth and on-time delivery
• Cultivate strong relations and communication with distributor partners, agents and air/shipping lines and freight forwarders.?
• Arrangement of shipments with Shipping lines, Suppliers and customers.
• Purchasing & inventory management as well as monitoring and forecasting stock and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Previous Shipping, Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Export, International trade and Administration experience is mandatory.
• Proficient with Ostendo operations software/or another operating software and the ability to learn a new system quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify's platform and its features.
• Basic Knowledge of Amazon’s platform and its features.

Candidate Criteria:
• Full-time 40 hours per week, remote. Stable internet connection is a must
• Language: excellent English communication skills
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position
• Able to work AEST office hours.
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
