JOB OVERVIEW

A US eyewear company is in need of a remote Facebook Ad Specialist . The tasks include using Facebook ads to maximize marketing impact, grant access to business success, and ensure ad spend leads to fulfilling results - and so much more! You will be using Facebook with a goal of achieving business goals. You can work between five to ten hours a week and these hours need to be within US overlap.

Job Responsibilities
•Creating Campaigns: Develop and run Facebook ad campaigns that align?with specific business objectives, such as product promotion, website traffic increase or sales enhancement.
•Audience Targeting: Target specific audiences on Facebook, like people who follow similar brands, or demographics who would likely purchase from Debby Burk's?business.
•Design Ads and Write Copy: work with designers?to produce the ads/image gradients and you can come up with intricate ad captions.
•Budget Management: Set?and manage budgets for campaigns to ensure cost-effectivity while maximizing results.
•Performance Tracking and Optimization; Use Facebook's analytics tools to track and optimize ad performance by metrics like click-through rates, conversions, and?return on ad spend (ROAS). Hone campaign performance to drive better results, such as tweaking designs, headlines or?placing.
•Reporting: You’ll help provide insights and reports to Debby Burk on how campaigns are performing and what’s?being done to make those campaigns better.

Job Requirements
•Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns
•Strong knowledge with Facebook Manager and Ad Manager
•Experience with marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Zapier, email marketing platforms, or landing page builders)
•Knows how to perform A/B testing to audit ad creatives and campaigns to optimize performance for target audience
•Has experience handling ad budgets across different scales and industries
