JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in the Florida real estate market. The primary responsibility will be to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, social media prospecting, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate and qualify potential leads.
Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Identify and engage potential leads on social media platforms.
Utilize Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, automation, and lead management.
Maintain and update lead records within the CRM.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and assist in closing deals.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize lead generation and nurturing activities.
Adapt to and understand the Florida real estate market and its demographics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a neutral accent.
Real estate experience (preferably in the Florida market).
Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) for CRM and automation.
Sales experience with a strong ability to handle objections and negotiate.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
