Job Overview
We are a psychological branding and marketing company looking for a Business Development Executive who understands the psychology behind branding, marketing, and business development. This role is focused on client onboarding, communication, and revenue generation while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and skilled in handling B2B, B2C, and D2C business operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a proactive approach to client relations, financial processes, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
1. Client Onboarding & Coordination
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, and coordinating services.
- Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
2. Financial & Legal Administration
- Oversee NDA agreements, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Raise and follow up on invoices, ensuring timely payments and revenue tracking.
- Assist in financial coordination to ensure a steady cash flow for the business.
3. Business Growth & Development
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, including upselling to existing clients.
- Support business expansion efforts in B2B, B2C, and D2C markets.
4. Administrative & Team Support
- Provide executive support to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks.
- Oversee project management, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth business operations and foster collaboration.
- Utilize strong people skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and support team dynamics.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities by proactively identifying challenges, implementing solutions, and optimizing workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic business growth.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, oversee projects, and drive business success.
- Client Success Management expertise, ensuring strong client relationships, issue resolution, and a high retention rate.
- Experience in client onboarding, communication, and business development.
- Familiarity with financial processes, including invoicing and follow-ups.
Nice-To-Have
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C markets is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
