Real Estate Photo Quality Control Specialist/Editor (Full-Time, Tues-Sat) ($800/month with $100/month increase after first 6 months) + 13th month pay.

Our team values reliability, creativity, and a client-first mindset. We’re looking for a Workflow Specialist to ensure our daily operations are smooth and efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Workflow Management:
Download content from our editor each morning (US EST).
Perform quality checks (QC) on photos and videos for accuracy and polish.
Add pin drops, lot lines and picture overlays to listings as needed.
Handle editing tasks, such as removing cars or trash bins from images, removing stains on driveways or roofs, digital decluttering rooms, or fixing minor issues like carpet stains.
Deliver finished content to clients through our delivery portal in a timely manner.
Photographer Communication & Feedback:
Review and critique photographers’ images for each shoot
Provide constructive feedback to help improve the quality and consistency of their work.
Ensure our brand’s standards for real estate photography are met on every job.
Experience QC’ing real estate photos is highly preferred.
Schedule:
Tuesdays-Saturdays, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (take 1 hour for break)

Lightroom and Photoshop experience is required
Experience with real estate photography QC is required.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate feedback on photographers’ images.
