ABOUT ATLAS LAND COMPANY

Atlas Land Company is a growing real estate investment firm specializing in buying and selling vacant land. Our founder has over a decade of experience in real estate, primarily in buying and selling single-family homes, having successfully completed hundreds of transactions in that space. In September 2024, we made the strategic decision to transition into vacant land investing, leveraging our extensive experience in real estate transactions. Currently, we focus on acquiring and reselling land in South Carolina, with plans to expand into other states. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for landowners interested in selling their property.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a great communicator who enjoys speaking with people? Do you excel at building rapport, staying organized, and following up persistently? If so, you might be the perfect fit for this role!

As a Lead Manager, you'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, engage with sellers, gather key details about their property, and ensure quality leads are passed along to our acquisitions team. This is not a sales role, but rather a crucial step in identifying motivated sellers and making them feel comfortable throughout the process.

This position starts part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to landowners who have expressed interest in selling.
- Ask structured questions to gather information about the land, seller motivations, and pricing expectations.
- Build strong rapport with sellers to encourage open and honest communication.
- Log information accurately in our CRM system (no prior CRM experience required—we’ll train you!).
- Persistently follow up with leads who don’t respond right away.
- Conduct basic property research to support the acquisition team.
- Pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team for negotiation.

WHO YOU ARE

- Excellent communicator with a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence.
- Native English speaker (or minimal accent) to ensure smooth communication (This is a must).
- Organized and detail-oriented—you take great notes and never let leads slip through the cracks.
- Persistent and proactive—some leads take multiple follow-ups before you reach them.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workflow without micromanagement.
- Trustworthy and reliable—we need someone who takes ownership of their role.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

- Experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
- Familiarity with real estate, land investing, or wholesaling (a plus, but not required).
- Experience using CRM systems (we’ll train you if you’re not familiar).

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

- This is a remote role, but you must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Time).
- Occasional weekend availability may be required depending on lead activity.
- Hours start at 20 per week but are expected to increase as the business grows.

- Computer with basic technical proficiency.
- Availability during standard business hours.
