We’re a vibrant and growing community of art enthusiasts (Palette Knife Painting), lovingly called Dabblers, primarily aged 50 and above. Our mission is to inspire creativity, foster connections, and provide a safe, engaging space for our members to explore their artistic passions. It's palette knife painting and we celebrate the joy of creating at every stage of life.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an empathetic and passionate Community Manager to oversee and actively engage with our Facebook Groups dedicated to Dabblers. This role goes beyond moderation—it's about building genuine relationships, nurturing a welcoming environment, and sparking meaningful conversations. The ideal candidate is not only an art enthusiast but also someone who truly understands and can connect with our 50+ community.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively manage and engage in multiple Facebook Groups, ensuring a warm, friendly, and inclusive environment for all members.
Foster meaningful conversations by posting engaging content, replying to comments, and encouraging participation from group members.
Create and curate art-related content, challenges, polls, and discussions to keep members inspired and active.
Listen to the needs, feedback, and stories of our Dabblers, and provide thoughtful responses that resonate with their experiences.
Organize virtual events, such as live Q&A sessions, workshops, or art share days, to deepen community engagement.
Monitor group activity to ensure compliance with group rules and maintain a positive, respectful tone.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing the groups while maintaining their tight-knit feel.
Provide regular insights and reports on group engagement, trends, and member feedback.

Empathy and Understanding: You can relate to and deeply connect with the unique needs and interests of our 50+ community.
Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural conversationalist, skilled at making people feel heard and valued.
Experience in Community Management: Prior experience managing Facebook Groups or online communities is a big plus.
Creativity: You’re full of ideas to keep the community vibrant and engaging.
Organized and Proactive: You can juggle multiple groups and tasks while staying responsive and efficient.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with social media tools, analytics, and basic content creation platforms.
