What You’ll Do:

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

Transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Edit both long-form and short-form videos in landscape and vertical formats.
Implement dynamic transitions, motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Optimize videos for each platform’s unique algorithm and audience preferences.

2. Graphic Design & Social Media Management

Create eye-catching social media graphics and thumbnails to maximize clicks and views.
Develop a 2-week content bank of high-quality posts.
Collaborate with our team to align content with marketing goals.

What We’re Looking For:

? Expert-level proficiency in CapCut & Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus!).
? Strong understanding of color grading, audio editing, and storytelling techniques.
? Experience creating scroll-stopping, engaging content for social media.
? Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
? Familiarity with the real estate industry (preferred but not required).
? Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing and motion graphics.
