Appointment Setter/Cold Caller - (No Strong Accent and Fluent English)

Our growing physical therapy practice is seeking a talented Appointment Setter/ Cold Caller to join our team.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our sales process, helping to drive new patient growth and build our brand. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Fixed salary + commissions per appointment booked.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective patients to introduce our physical therapy services
- Schedule appointments for patients to meet with our physical therapists
- Use our CRM system to track and manage patient information and appointments
- Communicate with patients via phone and email to confirm appointments and provide additional information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new sales strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and goals

Requirements:
- Software installed for screen tracking/time tracking
- Excellent verbal communication skills without a strong accent
- Must be available during New York City Hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare or related field
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for helping patients and promoting physical therapy services
