Position: International Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Specialist) – Part-Time, Long-Term
We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous QuickBooks International Bookkeeper to manage our international financial operations with precision and professionalism. This is a part-time, long-term role suited for a dedicated professional who excels in multicurrency accounting and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Extensive expertise in QuickBooks, with a proven track record in managing multicurrency transactions
Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
Unwavering attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
Reliability and strict adherence to deadlines
Proactive and responsive communication with international accountants
Flexibility to provide timely responses outside standard office hours
Certified in Bookkeeping and holding relevant accounting credentials
Primary Responsibilities:
Reconcile multicurrency transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with international accountants to ensure precise and up-to-date financial data
Prepare and maintain detailed Excel-based expense overviews with clear expense categorization
Generate timely and accurate financial reports while ensuring meticulous documentation
Remain available for urgent queries and support beyond standard working hours
