Graphic artist / animations

I have a small YouTube channel (@RoamAsia) I started last June and that I'm trying to grow. I'm in need of some various work, on a periodic basis. Some of that includes graphics/animations, other may include other projects relating to my channel. I prefer someone who is really good at doing one thing exceptional (i.e. graphics), rather than someone who is a jack-of-all trades and dabbles in many different things but hasn't mastered any of them.

If the role is a fit, I need someone who is responsive, understands my needs, and can take the ball and run with it. I want someone creative
