Audio Editor & Customer Service Rep (Graveyard Shift)
Are you an experienced audio editor with excellent English communication skills? Do you enjoy providing top-notch customer service while working remotely? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a dedicated Audio Editor & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work a regular shift during Philippine nighttime hours.

Position Details
Job Title: Audio Editor & Customer Service Rep
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. PHP (graveyard shift)
Work Setup: Fully remote, work from home
Salary: $5-$8/hr

Responsibilities
Edit and enhance podcast episodes, interviews, and other audio recordings (noise reduction, leveling, cutting, etc.)
Manage customer service inquiries via our CRM Monday.com
Provide excellent written and spoken English communication to support customers
Other tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements
Strong experience in audio editing (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar software)
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Prior customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
Reliable computer & internet connection (backup is a plus)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be available for a full-time role
