Virtual Assistant for Real Estate – Lead Generation, Social Media, and Client Support

We are a real estate business based in Calgary, specializing in client-centered services for buying, selling, and investing in property. We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing client base with lead generation, social media management, and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Set up and manage lead generation campaigns within our CRM (Lofty) using SmartPlan.
Track and analyze lead sources, campaign performance, and provide weekly reports.
Social Media Management:
Create social media posts using canva and submagic.
Schedule and post content across social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
Ensure timely scheduling and posting of Afroz’s content to maintain consistent engagement.
Track social media analytics and report performance metrics.
Client Support:
Qualify new leads by phone, assess client needs, and book initial appointments.
Provide ongoing support to clients under contract, addressing questions and clarifying details.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with or eagerness to learn CRM systems, especially Lofty.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with social media scheduling, content tracking, and analytics.
Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple tasks, track performance, and provide timely follow-up.
Eagerness to Learn: Adaptable and open to acquiring new skills to support business growth.
Availability in Mountain Time Zone: Flexibility to align with business hours and client needs.
