Work Hours and Schedule for PH: Night Shift 9:00PM to 6:00am PH (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST - Monday to Friday)
Work Schedule for US: Mon-Fri
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rate: Negotiable base on experience

Description/Information:
The Business Development Representative for UCBEnvironmental will be responsible for developing effective strategies to locate potential leads, assessing their viability, and ensuring that only the most promising leads are forwarded to the sales team for further development. The individual will work closely with the business development and sales teams to refine lead generation processes and maintain a robust pipeline that supports the company’s growth and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•Systematically identify potential leads using advanced research techniques and industry knowledge, prioritizing sectors most likely to benefit from UCBEnvironmental’s offerings.
•Evaluate and qualify leads against a set of stringent criteria to determine their potential for conversion, ensuring that the sales team receives high-quality prospects.
•Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to the sales team to prevent any sales funnel bottlenecks.
•Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
•Collaborate with Business Development team and divisions within UCBEnvironmental to refine lead generation strategies.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.
•Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Qualifications:
•At least 2 years of lead generation and qualification experience
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
•Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
