Role Overview

You will lead a team of creative and analytical professionals to manage campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and maximize ROI. This is a leadership position requiring a data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and extensive experience in e-commerce marketing.

What You’ll Do:
???? Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness
???? Manage and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and media buyers
???? Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing platforms
???? Oversee digital advertising on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok
???? Ensure brand consistency and develop compelling messaging for our target audience
???? Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI

What We’re Looking For:
? 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role (preferably e-commerce)
? Expertise in social media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC advertising
? Strong analytical and decision-making skills
? Experience leading and scaling marketing teams
? Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
? Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:
???? Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs
???? Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
???? Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
