Position: Healthcare Coordinators
- Physical Therapy Coordinator
- Prior Authorization Coordinator / Eligibility Coordinator
- Intake Coordinator
- Clinical Coordinator
- Nursing Scheduler / Coordinator

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Location: On-Site Office (San Carlos City, Pangasinan)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to healthcare clients and patients in the US to provide support and services.
Maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
With/Without knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
Able to handle and operate wellsky (kinnser) software.
Able to maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of experience in outbound operations, preferably in healthcare or a BPO setup.
- 1 to 6 months experience are welcome. (willing to be trained)
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Familiarity with US healthcare processes, terminology, and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. A team player, respectful, with a positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth.
