We are looking for a Talent Manager with knowledge of the UGC industry who can identify top creators, manage outreach, and coordinate collaborations. In addition to handling influencer relationships, you should be open to performing other general tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
-Identify and filter high-quality UGC creators for collaborations.
-Contact creators and manage outreach.
-Negotiate and coordinate influencer partnerships.
-Oversee and track content deliveries to ensure deadlines are met.
-Scout new talents to expand the team.
-Handle secondary administrative tasks, which may include other general VA duties unrelated to UGC.
