Online student recruiter

Kentucky Mountain Bible College is seeking a long term skilled university recruiter with the goal to increase both the quantity and
quality of students at KMBC.

Responsibilities
a. Warm and friendly communication with prospective students for the purpose of recruitment,
enrollment, and retention, using all available communication methods including texting, social media, email, phone calls, and video chats.
b. Track conversations
c. Serve as the online student's primary “person” throughout their recruitment,
d. Understand and answer questions regarding financial aid and billing
e. Assist in communicating costs and payment methods
f. Help direct marketing efforts to support online recruitment.
g. Stay up-to-date on online recruitment and admissions trends and proper procedures,
and make policy and procedure recommendations.

Important things
- Has Great communication skills - MUST be able to converse fluently in English with people in the USA
- No disruptive health Issues
- Goal Oriented
- Backup Plan if experiencing electricity and internet outage
- Must be available USA EDT timezone

Knowledge of higher education is a plus
