• Create accounts for new leads, setting up their initial profiles and ensuring they have access to necessary services and information.
• Process lead requests according to established guidelines, customizing responses and actions to meet the specific needs of each lead.
• Maintain regular communication with your manager to report on lead handling status, any issues encountered, and progress towards targets.
• Provide feedback on lead interaction trends and potential improvements to our lead management process.
Skills Required:
• Experience as Cashier Chat Manager for at least 3 months.
• Experience in Customer Support: Proven track record of handling customer queries and issues, preferably through online platforms.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate responses clearly and persuasively in written form. Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Time Management: Capacity to manage and respond to multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed to meet response time commitments.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying and resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Detail Oriented: High attention to detail in creating and managing accounts, and processing requests.
