Virtual Assistant For Onboarding Calls

We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team and conduct onboarding calls via Zoom for people who join our free Shopify store build program. This role is highly communication-focused, so you must be comfortable speaking to people daily, explaining the process, and answering basic questions about Shopify dropshipping.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct multiple 20-30 minute Zoom onboarding calls daily with new members.
• Clearly explain the Shopify store-building process and answer any initial questions.
• Maintain a quiet, professional work environment for calls.
• Learn and understand Shopify dropshipping to assist users effectively.
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience to ensure members feel supported.

Requirements:

? Excellent spoken English – Clear, fluent, and confident communication.
? Comfortable on Zoom calls – Able to present information professionally.
? Quiet background – Must have a noise-free environment during calls.
? Willing to learn – Must be open to learning about Shopify dropshipping.
? Reliable internet connection – Stable connection for smooth video calls.
? Friendly and professional demeanor – Customer service skills are a plus.
