We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead our outpatient mental health clinic. You will oversee the clinical and administrative operations, making sure the delivery of high-quality care, and compliance with regulatory standards for the growth of our programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of client care, ensuring services are evidence-based and culturally responsive.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand services and enhance outreach efforts.
• Manage program budgets, reporting, and grant compliance (if applicable).
• Facilitate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Address client concerns and ensure effective resolution of complaints or issues.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes staff well-being and self-care.

Qualifications:
• Active licensure as an LAC, LAMFT, LSW, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient mental health operations, including compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
