We are looking to hire a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our customer support team.
Your job will be to support and consult our customers as they use our software. Your primary mission will be to help them get up and going as fast & efficiently as possible... get them motivated to engage with our system every day... and help them to the point where they see the value of using our software! We call this the Ah-Ha

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SUPPORT - IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
This job is different from most software support jobs.

Your job starts when someone first signs up for our system. We set up their new user account and send them a series of
Your job is to keep customers progressing on fully adopting our system and ensure that we maximize their results to drive their success as a real estate agent.
This might include
We have a fantastic group of support reps, who will be your peers sharing knowledge and best practices with you... and you'll have an excellent manager who will train, teach, and mentor you to success.
Over time, you will quickly become an expert at helping people get up and running on our software.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP?
Outstanding computer skills... specifically using web-based software.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

WHAT WILL I LEARN ON THIS JOB?
We hire for potential... not a resume. That means you'll be doing a lot of on-the-job training & learning. We expect you to become an expert in our software, how real estate agents prospect, social marketing & follow-up, and much more.
You will spend much of your time using our support tools, so our first couple weeks together will be dedicated to training you to become a power support user!
If all of this learning and growth is scary, that's normal. However, you need to be eager and able to soak it all up like a sponge to be successful at this job and with our company!
WHAT WILL MY WORK SCHEDULE BE LIKE?
This full-time customer service position requires availability during business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mountain Time, as that is when our clients use our software.
