We own a property management company for short term rentals. We manage around 100 properties. This job would involve calling our guests the day of check-in to welcome them to the house, give them check-in instructions and have a brief conversation with the guests to make them feel welcomed and to add a personal touch. It would also include calling some guests after their stay if they left a bad review, to apologize and ask them to take the review down. It will just be about being friendly on the phone and making guests feel like they are speaking with a real person vs a company.

Hours: - 7 days/week 4 hrs per day
Time: 9am - 1pm Arizona Time (MST)
Salary: $500/month
