We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / Data Entry Specialist with strong proficiency in Notion to support our social media operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, inputting, and managing data related to social media performance, content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain social media data (engagement metrics etc) in Notion with high accuracy.
• Organize and structure databases, dashboards, and reports for tracking social media performance.
• Assist in managing social media content calendars and scheduling posts.
• Collaborate with the social media team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity.
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Notion (databases, templates, automations, workspace organization).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
