JOB OVERVIEW

This is a start up position.

In this position you will be working with clients to enhance their social media accounts helping them reach more clients for engagement and conversion, as a manager you will be responsible for handling a client account and their social media in a professional and efficient manner, you will become their primary point of contact, as such you will be key to creating a social media plan that helps them bring their engagement up and possible conversions, to put it more sweetly, you will be responsible for managing the accounts, being the main contact for clients and working with them to create a plan to turn engagement into conversions and acting on the plan.

As such some of the duties;
- Post Photos and videos to accompanying social media accounts.
- Creating clean and captivating thumbnails for social media accounts such as youtube and instagram posts if needed.
- Writing captions or posts that captivate users and using relevant keywords to keep content visibility up
- Posting content on the expected time basis
- Creating content specifically for the purpose of generating engagement.

Tools you can expect to use;
- Canva / Photo editing apps
- Video editing tool of your choice
- Google workspaces -- Docs, spreadsheets and mail
- Familiar with social media management SAAS such as hootsuite, buffer, zoho social etc.,

Qualifications;
- A decent computer or laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Fluent or near fluent english speaking capability
- If possible back up power supply.
