Asana Workflow Expert

We are looking for someone to build out a robust Asana workflow for our small business home health agency. Must be extremely well versed in Asana and know how to maximize all of the integrations for our business.

Workflow analysis: Assessing current work processes and identifying areas for improvement using Asana.

Project setup: Designing and creating Asana projects with appropriate sections, custom fields, and task dependencies to match specific project needs.

Automation planning and creation: Setting up Asana rules and automations to streamline repetitive tasks like status updates, notifications, and task assignments.

Integrations management: Connecting Asana with other tools like CRMs, calendars, and communication platforms to centralize data.

Training and onboarding: Educating our small business on best practices for using Asana features and navigating workflows.

Reporting and analytics: Generating customized reports to track project progress, team performance, and identify areas for optimization.
