Position Overview:
Upside Capital Holdings is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, digital advertising, social media management, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative professional who can optimize marketing performance, drive brand growth, and lead a dynamic marketing team.
SALARY: $7 to $9
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
Key Responsibilities:
Website SEO Management:
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Monitor and update the website to ensure alignment with search engine best practices.
Google My Business (GMB) Management:
- Monitor and respond to reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Optimize GMB listings to enhance local search visibility and user engagement.
Google Ads and Social Media Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for improved ROI, while managing ad budgets efficiently.
Google Tools Management:
- Leverage Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Search Console to track and improve website performance.
- Analyze data to inform strategies and provide actionable insights.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and share weekly marketing performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
Social Media Management:
- Post consistently on social media platforms to engage audiences and grow brand presence.
- Develop creative and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure captions and messaging maintain consistency and quality.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Develop and document SOPs for marketing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Investor Communication:
- Design professional and compelling investor decks for business presentations.
Backlink Creation:
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
Team Management:
- Lead and oversee the marketing team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to tea
- Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication to achieve marketing objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and team management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag, Manager, Search Console, and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in website management, especially with custom WordPress sites.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
